Terms and Conditions

All digital products offered through Key Card Store or delivered to the customer via the application, email, or mobile messages are digital in nature and, due to their characteristics, are not eligible for return or exchange once the purchase has been completed, as they may be used immediately upon delivery.


Key Card Store reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of regulatory or technical reasons, suspected misuse, or violation of applicable policies. In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer in accordance with the approved refund mechanism, without any obligation to provide additional compensation.


Digital products are delivered in accordance with the digital product delivery policy adopted by Key Card Store and in compliance with applicable regulations.


Key Card Store reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions when necessary. Any updates will be published on the policies page, and continued use of the application or store constitutes acceptance of such changes.


Key Card Store shall not be held responsible if the service provider or product owner suspends, restricts, or modifies the service as a result of a violation of their terms of use or policies. Completion of a purchase constitutes acknowledgment by the customer that they have reviewed and agreed to comply with such terms.


The customer bears full responsibility for using digital products in accordance with the terms and policies of the product owner or service provider. Key Card Store shall not be liable for any legal, financial, or compensatory obligations arising from misuse or violation of such policies.


All digital goods and services provided through Key Card Store are offered on an “as is” basis, and the customer acknowledges and agrees to this upon completion of the purchase and delivery.
