Digital Products Delivery Policy

Digital products are delivered after the payment has been successfully completed and approved by the authorized financial entity, in accordance with the digital delivery policy adopted by Key Card Store.

Some payment transactions may be subject to additional verification procedures by the payment gateway, banking institution, or the store’s security systems for security and regulatory purposes, to protect users and prevent fraudulent activity.

If an order appears with a “Under Review” status, this indicates that additional verification is required as a precautionary security measure and does not constitute a rejection of the order.

Once the verification process is completed, the appropriate action will be taken, either by approving the order and completing the digital delivery or by canceling the order and refunding the paid amount in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

An order is considered completed and ready for fulfillment after payment confirmation and approval, and the digital product will be delivered after any required additional verification procedures have been successfully completed in accordance with applicable security policies.
