All digital products displayed on Key Card Store or delivered to the customer through the application, email, or SMS are digital products provided by their nature and cannot be returned or exchanged after the purchase is completed due to the ability to use them immediately upon delivery.

Key Card Store reserves the right to cancel any order in cases involving organizational or technical reasons, suspected misuse, or violation of approved policies. In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded according to the approved refund policy without any obligation for additional compensation.

Digital products are delivered in accordance with the approved digital product delivery policy of Key Card Store and in compliance with applicable regulations and laws.

Key Card Store shall not be held responsible if the service provider or product owner suspends, restricts, or modifies the service as a result of violating their terms of use or policies. Completing the purchase constitutes acknowledgment by the customer that they have read and agreed to these terms.

The customer bears full responsibility for using digital products in compliance with the terms and policies of the product owner or service provider. Key Card Store shall not bear any legal, financial, or compensatory liability arising from misuse or violation of such policies.

All digital products and services provided through Key Card Store are offered “as is,” and the customer acknowledges and agrees to this upon completing the purchase and receiving the product.
