Terms and Conditions

All digital products offered on the Key Card store or delivered to the customer via email or SMS are final and non-returnable and non-exchangeable, due to their digital nature and the possibility of being used immediately upon issuance.

Key Card reserves the full right to cancel any order for any reason it deems appropriate, with a full refund to the customer and without any obligation for additional compensation.

Digital products are delivered in accordance with the approved Digital Products Delivery Policy of the Key Card store.

Key Card has the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and any changes become effective immediately once published on the policy page.

Key Card is not responsible and is not obligated to provide compensation in cases where the service provider or the original product owner suspends or restricts the service due to — but not limited to — misuse, violation of the provider’s terms and conditions, or exceeding usage policies. Completing the purchase constitutes explicit acceptance from the customer to comply with those terms.

The customer bears full responsibility for any violations of the terms or policies of the provider or product owner, including any resulting consequences, restrictions, or service suspension.

The customer acknowledges releasing Key Card from any legal, financial, or compensatory liability arising from violations committed by the customer or obligations related to the primary service provider’s policies or terms.

All digital goods and services offered through Key Card — including but not limited to recharge cards, digital games, gifts, and e-vouchers — are accepted “as is,” and the customer acknowledges that they have no right to request replacement or refund after completing the purchase and receiving the product.
