Return and Refund Policy

All digital products offered on the Key Card store or delivered to the customer via email or SMS are final and non-returnable and non-exchangeable, due to their digital nature and the possibility of being used immediately upon issuance.

In the event of a technical error during the payment process resulting in the order not being created and the product not being issued, Key Card will handle the paid amount in accordance with the applicable regulatory and financial procedures, and in the manner the store deems appropriate to ensure proper resolution.

The store may — when necessary — reverse the amount to the customer using any method it finds suitable, without being obligated to follow a specific refund method.

Completing the purchase constitutes the customer’s explicit acceptance of this policy and acknowledgment that Key Card is not obligated to provide any refund or replacement after digital products have been successfully issued.
