Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement:

1. (The Store): This term includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether an electronic application, a website, or a physical retail location.
2. (The Consumer): Any person engaging in e-commerce to obtain products or services offered by the store through its electronic platform.
3. (The Agreement): Refers to these terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two – Consumer Legal Capacity:

1. The consumer acknowledges having full legal capacity—religiously, legally, and systemically—to engage with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
2. The consumer agrees that any violation of this article is their sole responsibility before third parties.

Article Three – Nature of the Store’s Obligation:

1. The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the service or product offered.
2. The store may provide additional services, such as after-sales support or related services, depending on the nature of the product or service requested.

Article Four – Usage Regulations:

1. The consumer shall use the store’s electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. When purchasing any product or service, the consumer must not use it in violation of public morals or applicable laws.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying for membership in the store, you agree to disclose required information and select a username and password. By doing so, you agree to:

1. Be responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and password, and notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of confidentiality.
2. The store is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.
3. You are fully responsible for the use of your account. If another person uses it, this is considered as your authorization to act on your behalf.
4. Use the store seriously and truthfully.
5. Provide accurate, updated, complete, and lawful information during registration, and update it when necessary.
6. The store is committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal information.
7. If the store determines that you have provided false, outdated, incomplete, or unlawful information, it has the right to suspend or cancel your membership or account.
8. Failure to comply with any of the above allows the store to suspend or cancel your membership or deny you access.

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Contact Methods:

1. Parties agree that communication occurs through the email registered on the platform.
2. The consumer agrees that all electronic agreements, notices, and communications serve as written equivalents and meet legal and regulatory requirements.
3. The consumer agrees that the store may contact them through public or targeted messages sent via the platform.

Article Seven – Amendments to the Terms of Use & Fees:

1. If any article or clause becomes invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
2. This agreement—subject to amendments when needed—constitutes the operational mechanism and binding understanding between the consumer and the store.
3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the products, services, promotions, or government-imposed taxes.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or waive any fees under this agreement.

Article Eight – Payment Services:

1. The store, through its partners, provides payment methods that may include full online payment or any payment method offered from time to time.
2. The store must set the price of any product or service displayed according to market value.
3. The store must provide invoices and receipts for all financial transactions and must issue the consumer a purchase invoice.
4. The store shall maintain recognized accounting standards in its electronic system.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property:

1. All intellectual property rights related to the store are fully owned by the store, whether created before or after the establishment of the platform.
2. The consumer must respect all intellectual property rights of the store, including its name, words, symbols, and trademarks, all of which are fully protected.

Article Ten – Store Liability:

1. The store commits to conducting its commercial activities legally and in accordance with Saudi laws and this agreement.
2. The store is not liable for claims resulting from errors or negligence, whether caused directly or indirectly by the consumer or third parties such as shipping companies.
3. The store and its representatives ensure that the provided product or service is lawful, legitimate, and compliant with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Eleven – Access or Membership Restriction:

The store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict access to platform services at any time, without prior notice, and for any reason.

Article Twelve – Applicable Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to its authority.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions:

If any article becomes invalid, it does not affect the remaining provisions, which remain applicable until further notice.

This agreement—subject to updates—forms the full contractual understanding between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree that:

1. Arabic is the governing language for interpreting this agreement or any translation.
2. Prices of products or services may change from time to time.
3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. Both parties shall act in compliance with Shariah principles and Saudi laws.
5. This agreement may only be terminated by an official decision from the store’s management.
